Addiction support
I offer support tailored to each situation of addiction, with or without a substance, for you and/or your loved ones. To adapt to your needs, I also offer sessions by remote consultation.
The first session
What brings you here?

- A recovery process?
- a desire for change?
- a difficulty linked to a relapse?
- a quest for resilience?
- or the need to regain power over your life (empowerment)?
Whatever your situation, this first meeting is a caring, non-judgemental listening space, centred on your experience and your pace.
The aim of this conversation is to get to know each other, understand your request and carry out an initial assessment of your situation as a whole (use, life context, resources, current difficulties). I draw in particular on tools from motivational interviewing, to explore your ambivalence about change, clarify your motivations and support your commitment to a recovery process suited to your needs.
This session also makes it possible to identify triggers, the functions of the addiction, and any obstacles to change (relapses, difficult emotions, stress, isolation, relational patterns). Together we set clear, realistic markers, drawing on a personalised, collaborative approach inspired by cognitive-behavioural therapies, relapse prevention and the strengthening of psychosocial skills.
This first meeting is also an opportunity to:
- define concrete therapeutic goals,
- consider our future therapeutic alliance
- let you see whether the support I offer matches your expectations.
It is not yet about « solving everything », but about opening a safe space to set down your situation, begin to step back and gradually consider loosening the grip of what is holding you back today, at your own pace and respecting who you are.
At the end of this first meeting, I reserve the right not to proceed with your request for follow-up if I believe I am not in a position to respond to it. In that case, I will refer you to more appropriate care.
Individual support
Taking the first step today…

In the addiction recovery process, I believe that change belongs first and foremost to the person being supported. I cannot decide, act or walk the path in your place. My commitment is rather to foster a safe, structured and caring therapeutic framework, conducive to the emergence of your own resources and to taking ownership of your recovery journey.
Concretely, my work is part of an individualised, collaborative approach aimed at:
- understanding you as a whole person, taking into account your history, your life context and your current situation;
- clarifying the reasons that bring you to consult and the meaning of your request for help;
- defining with you realistic, coherent and personal goals;
- identifying the obstacles, vulnerabilities or patterns that hinder your change and well-being;
- mobilising and strengthening your internal and external resources to overcome these obstacles;
- adjusting the support by drawing on proven therapeutic approaches, while remaining open to your evolving needs;
- supporting the gradual adoption of behaviours, attitudes and a mindset conducive to lasting recovery and the development of your long-term well-being.
I therefore position myself as clinical support, guaranteeing a professional, containing framework, to enable you to reconnect with your capacity for change and become fully the driver of your recovery.
Support for couples
Moving forward together and finding each other again…

Couples therapy is of major value when an addiction problem affects one of the two partners, because dependence inevitably impacts your relational balance, your communication and the emotional security of the couple. It offers you a structured, safe space where each partner can express their experience, needs and limits, while fostering a better understanding of the mechanisms of addiction and their repercussions on your relationship.
This joint work also helps reduce the dynamics of guilt, control, avoidance or co-dependence often present in these situations, and to restore calmer, more constructive communication.
Couples therapy also supports the alliance around the recovery process, strengthening the partner’s support without placing them in the role of rescuer or supervisor. It thus contributes to:
- rebuilding trust,
- redefining healthy relational markers,
- building shared strategies conducive to stability, relapse prevention and the lasting well-being of both partners.
Support for families
Knowing how to position yourself…

As an addiction therapist, I offer family therapy when one member’s addiction disrupts the balance of the whole family.
In these situations, you may feel helpless, exhausted, angry, worried or caught up in repeated tensions, struggling to communicate without conflict, to set limits or to understand the behaviours linked to the addiction. It is not uncommon for feelings of guilt, shame or powerlessness to set in, or dynamics of overprotection, control or avoidance that weaken family bonds.
My role is to offer you a safe space where everyone can express themselves, be heard and better understand what the person concerned is going through, but also the impact it has on you.
Together, we work to:
- ease tensions
- improve communication
- clarify everyone’s roles
- help you find a fairer stance towards the addiction, in order to support the recovery process while preserving the balance and well-being of the whole family.
You are not alone. Let's take the first step together.
